Materials:
light, neutral-colored flat top sheet and pillowcases
fabric paints
stencils
stencil brushes
spray adhesive
paper plates
paper towels
Steps:
- Pre-wash the sheet and pillowcases and let dry.
- Spread the sheet onto a flat surface and tape into place.
- Spray the back of the stencil with adhesive and position along the top edge on the right side of the fabric to create a beautiful border when folded down over a blanket.
- Mark the registration holes and stencil the design, following the instructions on the package.
- Repeat the design using the registration holes all across the top edge of the sheet.
- Embellish the hem of the pillowcases in the same way.
- Heat-set according to paint instructions.
