Mount Pleasant House Ornament
Linda Brubaker of Lititz, Penn. used an 18th-century technique called theorem painting, which utilizes mathematics to create a realistic portrayal of the subject. The ornament is a replica of Mount Pleasant, an elegant mid-Georgian summer home built in 1761, by Capt. John McPherson.
