This is a great solution for a flat space. Essentially, a storage unit is built up to create a dimensional structure in the apartment. The unit contains three pull-out closets, cable car drawers for deep storage and a cabinet that stores all the electronic equipment. Extra long stairs provide extra seating and even more storage. Along the side of the unit, a desk and set of large drawers are housed. The bedroom is then located above for a more private, loft-like space that is separated from the main floor of the living area.
