Ocean-View Art Deco
Miami's South Beach area has the largest concentration of Art Deco architecture in the world, which inspired Frank Navarro and Julio Hernandez go the extra mile when decorating their small apartment. The 1,000-square-foot apartment overlooks the ocean, so everything in the one-bedroom space was designed around the view. With a multifunctional center table, the living room works as well for lounging as it does for formal dinner parties.
Hydraulic Table
To maximize the space in the living room/dining room, the multifunctional coffee table becomes a dining table when it's raised hydraulically by remote control. The circular seating around it is perfect for intimate parties and conversation.
