Kitty Bartholomew: You're Home : Episode KIT-504 -- More Projects »
Designer Bill Kiefer shows host Kitty Bartholomew how he used careful space planning to make the most of a small beach condo. He designed the rooms so views of the water could be seen from any spot in the tiny home, either through a window or reflected in mirrors. He opened up the floor plan and used an angled counter to define the traffic flow. The bed in the master bedroom was placed on an angle to create an open feeling and he also added depth to a neutral, creamy color scheme with texture on the walls and in the artwork.

Kiefer wanted to provide a view to the outside from every part of the home. Mirrored sliding doors separate the kitchen from the guest room and also reflect a water view to the bar area.
