Before: Unfinished Space
The Munros are unsure of how to turn this hodgepodge space into a formal sitting room for entertaining, while keeping it kid friendly. In order to create a strong focal point, they would remove the dark, dated bookcases, while enhancing the fireplace with a prominent surround. They also want to incorporate the tiny windows into the design with an interesting glass treatment.
