After: This Patio Rocks
The Solution
Concrete stain makes a big impact in the patio by breaking up the expanse of concrete. The charcoal slate gray matches the steps at the back door. Newly recovered cushions in a palette of citrus colors give a modern-meets-tropical style to the space. More shade is provided with a large umbrella over each table. A new fire and water feature brings some life to the center of the courtyard. Now every kid on the block is going to want to spend summer evenings here.
