Siblings Megan and Chris Mullen grew up in a family that loves to entertain, and they want a warm and welcoming environment to extend to friends and family. Unfortunately, the common space patio they share between their two duplexes is a barren terrain of concrete. The Design on a Dime team brings some life to the space to create a fun and relaxing party patio.

The Dilemma
The concrete expanse located between the siblings' duplex units is in need of some softening touches. The siblings want to entertain, but the space is uninviting and just barely functional. A tree was recently removed leaving a bare patch of dirt in the center of the patio. It also left sap damage on all of their outdoor furnishings.
