Orange is an energetic color, so Bromstad fills the room with it. He adds some architectural detail to the walls by framing the various murals he designs for the space. He amps up the murals with yellow and tones down the orange walls with a dark purple paint wash on the woodwork. Since fluorescent lights sap the energy from a room, adding incandescent lighting gives more of a natural light effect. Diffused light boxes frame the front wall for a warmer glow in the room.
