Live/Work House

More of us are spending time at home--working. The design and construction of our homes often times do not reflect this reality, at least in a comfortable, integrated fashion. Three demonstration houses in downtown Atlanta are hoping to change our ideas of what a live-work environment can really be.

Built and designed by some of the more noteworthy architects and builders in the country, including the firm of DPZ (responsible for the new urbanism of Seaside, Florida), Atlanta's Live-Work homes take the idea of home-office integration down three different paths, including "living above the store / live-work and aging in place / and modular live-work space."
