The designers dropped the ceiling to add recessed lighting and create a warm haven. A pocket door separates the bedroom from the living room and complements the new bamboo flooring. The formerly green walls are now a pleasing shade of yellow in a faux finish, and the simple drapes in a rich silk fabric add a sense of privacy to the space. A banquet next to the window is perfect for relaxing, as well as storing blankets and pillow for overnight guests.
