Before: Undefined Urban Loft
Homeowner Marcos is a successful urban professional who loves to entertain friends in his studio loft. The unique space is located in a former old toy factory. Marcos loves the openness of his home, but he's not thrilled with the way his living and sleeping areas are grouped together (pictured, right). He would like to transform the space to be better defined, more comfy, and more colorful.

The addition of color and texture makes the loft feel warm and cozy. By incorporating custom features such as the cabinets and closet, Kenneth creates division while still maintaining the loft's open feel. This studio is now functional, beautiful and thoroughly livable.
