To make sure they get it just right, the couple has called on designer Angelo Surmelis and the 24 Hour Design team to help them transform the space into a fabulous family room.

The room's awkward layout is making it hard for the homeowners to arrange the furniture. Not only is the room long and narrow, there is a sliding-glass door taking up one whole wall, a three-quarter-height wall to the side and the long wall (shown) has a door right in the middle of it.
