When empty nesters Darrel and Kym Hubbard decided to move from their 7,000-square-foot family home in the suburbs to a condo in downtown Chicago, they knew they would face some challenges. The reality of decorating their new living and dining room has become more than they bargained for, so they're looking for a designer who will bring sophistication and harmony to their home.

Darrell and Kym Hubbard are struggling with how to decorate their 2,800-square-foot condo in downtown Chicago. They don't want to distract from the views, but are looking for window treatments that will cut down on the heat and glare from the sun. In addition, they'd like to have ample seating for entertaining, but still keep the room from looking cluttered.
