Alex and Andy Postman have not used the parlor in their Brooklyn home in nine years. Alex is a methodical Virgo, who has collected an insane amount of chairs, and Andy is a creative and extroverted Taurus, who doesn't care what the room looks like as long as Alex is happy. The What's Your Sign? Design team makes the parlor a gathering place for the family while keeping Alex's beloved couch, Andy's piano and the couple's bookcase. The room comes together with lavender walls, new antiques, custom-made tables and beautiful new draperies.

Virgo Alex describes herself as a perfectionist and Taurus Andy feels he's a fun family guy with a creative side. Though they'd like to keep the piano and chandelier, the rest of the parlor is boring white and cluttered.
