Colorful Basement Hangout

Homeowners Amy and Mark just returned from their honeymoon and moved into his house. Amy did a great job of decorating the living room, and now Mark wants the basement decorated to be his oasis—a retreat where he can watch sports and have cocktails. Until now, the basement has been used as a catchall (pictured, right) for exercise equipment, extra furniture and a guest bed.
