As Ann and Tim Simon and their two children were searching for a home in San Francisco, an incredible opportunity arose. A 7,000-square-foot, historic Victorian became available in the heart of the city. Before: A Pauper's Space
For the past 30 years, Tim and Ann Simon's beautiful Victorian home has been used as law offices and they are now converting it back into a single-family home. While they love its Queen-Anne style, they want to combine modern influences with the historic charm of the house. They're looking to turn this blank space into a playroom for their daughter, Sabrina, with murals and colorful, fun elements.
