Created by designer Steven Miller, the high-end living room has both traditional and modern features that come together to form an eclectic Mediterranean feel. The combination of antiques and custom-made modern is a true sign of high-end design. The color palette is a simple but elegant blend of deep blue and white with a warm beige background.The Double Take team–makeover designer Michele Addey, budget shopper Halili Knox and carpenter Jamie Schmitt take on the challenge of replicating this luxurious European living room.

Homeowner Alexandra Siotos' Greek heritage is an important part of her life, and she wants her living room to emulate an elegant Greek feel. Currently the living room (pictured right) has some custom Greek accents but it's not the showplace she yearns for. Siotos and her niece, Crisa Mitrou, have found a high-end room that fits perfectly with her current living room layout, but it also comes with the designer price tag of $85,000. )
