The girls at Chi Omega Sorority love their comfortable Mediterranean-style home-away-from-home, although they all agree it's high time their television room had a face lift. The Chi Omega house has a rich history that needs to be maintained, but the girls need professional help making the TV room multifunctional and comfortable.

After meeting with all the designers, they decide to go with Kenneth Brown's ideas for innovative architectural designs and brand-new furniture. With $9,000 to spend, Brown creates a stylish, comfortable haven for the 54 girls who live in the house. The multifunctional TV room now reflects the history and tradition of Chi Omega.
