When Kerry and Nadine Clark first moved into their 2,600-square-foot home, the kitchen was the perfect size. Since the arrival of their triplets, this Albuquerque couple's kitchen seems to be getting smaller by the day. They're willing to knock out a few walls to create an open and inviting Tuscan space, as long as they can keep the existing red brick flooring.

Albuquerque, N. Mex., is an area full of cultural history and loaded with Spanish flair. Seven years ago, Kerry and Nadine Clark moved into a four-bedroom, 2,600-square-foot home in Kerry's childhood neighborhood. However, four years ago, when Nadine gave birth to triplets, the house suddenly got very, very small.
