Linda and Fedele Bauccio of Mendocino, Calif., are pros in the restaurant biz, so they knew a thing or two about how to make their kitchen cook. And they claim the top spot because they have literally raised outdoor kitchens to new heights. With four different cooking stations, they have a wood-burning rotisserie grill that pops out of the ground thanks to a handy spit crank, a pizza oven integrated into the wall, an industrial-style grill and a convection oven used just for baking. There's also a sink, dishwasher and fireplace. The electronically retractable sunroof allows guests to enjoy the sunshine or close it up in the rain. It's the perfect spot for grilling and chilling high atop a cliff overlooking the Pacific; every last seat is filled, come dinnertime!
