Before: This galley kitchen is all white--white ceiling, white cabinets and even white stools. The wall covering also has a white background, but helps brighten the room with a green peapod pattern plus yellow and red accents.

After: After presenting three options (red, green and yellow), the homeowners chose green for the ceiling. It adds instant warmth and ties the surface to the wallpaper design.

Before: This kitchen is very crisp and functional, but the homeowner would like a bit more color and some softness at the windows.

After: Cheery yellow place mats, whimsical dishes and a simple window topper add some color and softness to the eating area.

Hosts Matt Fox and Shari Hiller bring some much-needed color to a very white kitchen. A bright color on the ceiling, whimsical accessories and some tips on organization complete the project. They even get some tips from the homeowner, Cathy Ziska, on how to transform this kitchen from cold and white to warm and wonderful!
