The dining room was separated from the kitchen by a laundry facility and a full bathroom. Because owners Jacob and Andrea enjoy entertaining, they wanted an open room where everyone could gather.
After
The new great room opens the home up, vastly improving the flow of the first floor . There is also a functional center island and a custom-built entertainment center . A large bank of windows on the rear wall brightens the room up, and a small addition allowed the owners to relocate the bathroom as well as provide a corridor into the home from the garage.
