Interior Designer David McNulty spends his days creating beautiful living spaces for his home remodeling clients. But beautiful really isn't a word to describe McNulty's own basement. McNulty and his wife Connie are busy working parents who haven't had time to update their 1970s flavored basement, or dungeon as Connie calls it. They want to brighten things up and make two new areas that the whole family can enjoy.

On one end they build a state-of-the-art home theatre system and on the other side install a home gym that rivals most health clubs. A widescreen television is nestled into new cabinets and modern gym equipment surrounds a sauna for David. But, will Connie approve of this steamy new addition to her home?
