After: Restful Sanctuary
Host Stephanie McWilliams thinks making a few adjustments to the unique layout of the three-story home will solve Robert and Laurie's sleeping problems. She starts by changing the position of the bed to the opposite wall, in order to move it out of the direct energy flow. The Fun Shui team extends the wall to fit the new headboard and adds two bookshelves to help anchor and balance the room. The room is painted with two modern, yet soothing colors — one earth tone and one metal tone — on opposite walls to achieve balance in the space. In addition, they hang curtains to separate the bedroom from the bathroom, creating a sense of privacy.
