Wall Treatment
The walls in the inspiration room are covered in silver silk wallpaper with a handpainted crane motif. The wallpaper is valued over $12,000. The walls are painted a soft blue color in the makeover room. A watered-down light green paint is used to create a mountain backdrop for the crane murals. Michelle uses a projector to trace images of the birds onto the wall. She outlines the cranes and then fills in the color with acrylic paint.

Tip: A projector is the best way to get the exact image you want on the wall. If you don't own a projector or can't borrow one, try your local library. You may be able to rent one.
