The family decides to work with Patti Bruce, who mixes practical with playful and opens up the room. For a true girly feel, she adds a full-size platform bed with a lavender bedspread and a furry pink throw. A fanciful chandelier with movable arms graces the ceiling and a colorful lamp is perfect for the bedside table. Wood shelves above the bed give Roxie a place to display her photos and stuffed animals.
