A vibrant color scheme of tennis-court teal and true blue livens up the spacious basement. The pole was painted with chalkboard paint so the kids can keep score. Personalized sports-ball murals with each child's name were painted first on the white walls, then covered with brown paper once it was time to apply the blue and teal paint. Tip: Roll the paint away from the edge of the paper to prevent it from seeping underneath.
