Two inexpensive pantry closets purchased at a home improvement store give Megan more storage for her vintage dress collection. The cabinets are fastened to the wall and covered with the flocked wallpaper. Having the cabinets match the wall makes them disappear into the background, so they don’t make the room feel smaller. For some extra flair, crown molding, painted the same light blue as the walls is added to the top of the cabinets. The built-in closet is given its own chic makeover. Scroll-patterned molding is hung around the doors. Plastic, bendable molding and filigree rosettes are fastened to the door then the whole thing is painted metallic silver.
