If you don't have any art waiting to be hung, go ahead and create your own. McAloon uses painter's sample boards and some paint samples to create custom art. The boards are plastic, so she starts by wiping them with a fabric softener sheet to remove the static. The homeowners had their children help with the painting and now they have a collection of art that represents their family.
