Guests would rather sleep on the couch than in Daniel and Heather Cutter’s cluttered guest room. Host Karen McAloon helps the homeowners exchange the baby gear for furnishings that are more appropriate for their adult guests. The Design Remix team brings some character into the room with color and creative details. The baby used to sleep here, but with all the out of town guests visiting, the homeowners moved baby into big brother's room. Now the room looks like a nursery storage room that happens to have a bed in it. The beige and white color palette is washed out and uninviting. Since they do have frequent, long-term guests, the homeowners would like to create a guest room that's homey and comfortable.
