A matching pair of antique, silver-finish lamps with silk shades are in the inspiration room. To get the stacked look of the original lamps, the Double Take team makes their own with decorative wooden balls. They drill holes through four sizes of balls and then spray paint them with primer and a coat of metallic gold. Pre-set lamps kits are then threaded through the balls and secured. Square lampshades from a discount home store complete the project.
