Before: Zaneta Feleo has welcomed her sister, Sonija Hauger, and her kids into her home while Hauger's husband is serving in Iraq. The sisters and Hauger's baby boy share this cluttered bedroom and need help making it more comfortable during this extended stay.

After: An old duvet dyed yellow covers two sets of tall shelves to create a functional and attractive headboard that cleverly hides clothing. New doors with a whimsical top transform old dressers into an armoire.

Before: Even though this bedroom for three is huge, it lacks color, pizzazz and organization to make it work for all of them.

After: Two-toned blue walls and clearly dividing the room into two distinct spaces, one for each sister, makes it interesting while providing some separation and privacy.

Before: Clutter is covering almost every surface of this room including the furniture and the windows while the various fabric choices don't create a cohesive look.

After: Feleo's vast collection of ducks was previously strewn about the room and even tucked in clothing pockets. New shelves highlight her prized possessions and make them a conversation piece.
Sonija Hauger and her two young children recently moved in with her sister, Zaneta Feleo, while Hauger's husband is stationed in Iraq. Although their bedroom is great in size, it's full of clutter and doesn't allow enough privacy for the sisters and Hauger's infant son. Designer Karen McAloon, painter Danielle Hirsch and carpenter Ian Read help the sisters transform their close quarters, providing them with plenty of privacy in their fun, feminine and spacious bedroom suite.
