Hosts Matt Fox and Shari Hiller rise to the challenge of making over a guest bedroom for homeowner Carol Clark with a budget of only $500. The addition of a wallpaper border, window cornice and simply pulling from what the homeowner already owns helps to keep the cost down while still giving the room punch. Fox and Hiller prove that low budget doesn't have to mean less style. (A throw blanket at the end of the bed threw them slightly over to a total of $534!)
