In the second and final episode dealing with the restoration of a Revolutionary-era farmhouse, a radiant floor system is installed underneath the kitchen and plumbing is roughed in for the second floor bathroom.

Random width oak floorboards are laid in the new master bedroom, while downstairs in the kitchen the ductwork for the downdraft cook top vent is completed. On the exterior of the addition, custom-cut trim is installed on the windows to make them match the existing home and a cedar pergola is built above the balcony.
