An old quilt top was turned into a dust ruffle for the crib.
In the mountains of North Carolina, a grandmother has decorated one of the bedrooms in her weekend home especially for her grandkids. It's full of country touches and the rustic appeal of a summer camp.
  • The cracks in the wide-planked walls give the space a rustic look, so Hines decorated the space with a country-camp theme using lacrosse sticks, trout art prints and a window treatment made with an oar and chenille spread.
  • Frogs, butterflies and fish are all part of the enchanting handpainted scene that encircles the lampshade. A two-story birdhouse and wooden fish add a whimsical touch.
