Save My Bath : Episode HSMBA-308 -- More Projects »
When homeowners Karen and Jonathan Friedman enter their bathroom, they’re able to see themselves in every corner of the room. Designer Krista Watterworth and carpenter Marc Bartolomeo have a design plan that will change the mirrored madness to an elegant, earthy retreat.

The wallpaper is not the only thing in this room that needs replacing. There are a few safety issues that need to be addressed as well. The room has just one light fixture and it is not securely attached to the wall. It is partially held up with tape, and the homeowners are afraid that it will fall on their heads someday. The room's only electrical outlet is run through that old light fixture. It is in a position that makes it nearly impossible to plug in anything, but most importantly, the outlet is not grounded! Another safety hazard is bee's nest attached to the window.
