Steps:

1. With a sponge, make spots of sunflower with the pigment ink on the card stock. Add amber pigment ink, always using the sponge, and blend to the entire page.

2. Stamp the large bold floral stamp with amber pigment ink. Stamp the tulip and cluster stamps in merlot pigment ink. Stamp the heart border in black pigment ink. Stamp the dragonfly with merlot pigment ink. Note: When stamping bold or large images, make sure your ink pad is well inked. It will make all the difference.

3. Add depth by shading the large bold floral, tulip and heart border stamps with colored pencil (figure A).

4. Cut the card stock into three 1/8-inch strips. Put repositionable glue on the back of the strips. Note: When using repositionable glue, always stick the piece to a scrap piece of paper a few times and remove. This will remove any excess glue that might stain your art work.

5. On the small black piece of card stock, position two of the narrow strips; one on top and one on the left side (figure B).

6. Chose a part of the sheet that will look good on its own. The size is 16 inches square (four squares long by four squares high).

7. Remove the top left piece and position in the corner of the strips.

8. Place the third strip to its right (figure C).

9. Position the second square exactly in the corner for a straight edge. Repeat until the whole row is finished (figure D).

10. When the first row is finished, remove the top strip and place under the row. Continue until all four rows are finished (figure E).

11. Glue to the small terra cotta piece of cardstock and then onto the small piece of foam core.

12. Glue this to the large terra cotta piece of cardstock, and glue that to the large piece of foam core. This art can also be framed (figure F).

You can also use the stamped art on a card (figure G).

Note: The first positioning of the strips is very important; they will make sure that all the rest is straight.
