This ornament is a Styrofoam ball covered with lichen.
Santa is improved on as well. Here, the Statice Seekers use a hot glue gun to add a wreath around the base of Santa's cap for just a touch more festiveness.

A few miles from Leland in Sutton's Bay, Mich., Duvall visits a shop called Hats & Haberdashery. Owner and hatmaker Cynthia Koeze displays some Christmas hats she's made, and shares how she makes holly leaves using beads.
