Mosaic artist Bonnie Mann works side by side with her daughter, Courtney (figure A), to create mosaic backsplashes, floors and walls. This dynamic duo is shown building a decorative centerpiece featuring Celtic hearts and knots. Both mother and daughter break glass tiles into tiny pieces, place them on a pattern, then grout the entire design onto the stone fireplace (figure B).
