Glass Sculpting

The Carol Duvall Show camera crew visits Sabrina Knowles and Jenny Pohlman, two artists that have been working together for more than seven years. Separately, they have 14 years of glass-blowing experience. This artistic duo does more than blow the glass--they also sculpt it. Once the sculpted piece has cooled, they add metal (steel, copper and/or brass) then sometimes incorporate sandblasting. Some of their work has been inspired by a trip to Africa, including the large masks seen here.
