Gold-Leaf Stamping

Materials:

faux gold leaf
Duo embellishing adhesive glue and brush
bold rubber bands
stiff brush
cardboard triptych - contact Mixed Nuts for details

Steps:

1. Paint triptych (or any desired item with a smooth surface) with a base coat and allow to dry.
2. Brush glue onto the stamps, then stamp onto surface of triptych. Apply a generous amount of gold leaf to glue design. Make sure to cover every portion of stamped design with gold leaf. Repeat until design is covered with gold leaf.
3. Immediately wash the stamp to remove the glue. Wait for glue to dry.
4. Brush away excess leafing using a stiff brush.
