Paper design
Materials:
four, 8-1/2" x 11" sheets of paper in four coordinating colors
Emagination* super jumbo Chevron punch
KeepAMemory double-sided adhesive by Therm O Web

Steps:
1. Designate the sheets of paper with the letters A, B, C, D and E, giving each individual piece a separate letter. Punch two chevron designs each from sheets A and B. Glue them to a background sheet of paper so that all four pointed ends meet at the center.
2. Punch four chevrons from sheet C. Cut each chevron across the center and place the shapes in the configuration as shown in figure A. Place the resulting large and small triangles in the triangular spaces around the edges of the four chevrons (figure B).
3. Cut four small triangles from sheet B and add them to the corners of the the chevron/triangle design (figure C).
4. Frame the square design with a half-inch border of sheet A.
5. Frame the 1/2-inch border with 1/4-inch wide strips of color B or use a fifth coordinating color.
Wood inlay design
Materials:
Emagination* EmagiNature Paper wood veneer - one sheet each
- A - walnut
- B - maple
Emagination* super giant Chevron punch
KeepAMemory double-sided adhesive - Therm O Web

Steps:
1. Designate the wood sheets with the letters A and B. Punch nine chevrons in color A.
2. Punch six chevrons in color B and six pointed chevron ends.
3. Line the chevrons up side-by-side, alternating creating horizontal rows in alternating colors. Place the cut pointed ends in the open triangular areas at the edge of the design for fill-ins (figure D). Attach the pieces together using double-sided adhesive.
4. Add thin strips of one color of wood around the edge of the design (figure E).
