Project designed by Suze Weinberg.

Materials:

textured shelf liner
Ultra Thick embossing enamel
pigment ink
Pearl-Ex dry pigment powders
rubber stamp
embellishments - glitter, glass beads etc.

Steps:

  1. Cut the shelf liner into desired shape. SuzeWeinberg used black textured shelf liner.
  2. Apply pigmented ink onto the shelf liner.
  3. Apply clear Ultra Thick embossing enamel and heat with a heat tool. Shelf liner doesn't melt--might become soft.
  4. Sprinkle in embellishments while applying heat.
  5. Ink rubber stamp with colored pigment ink. While hot--press rubber stamp into rubber stamp liner. When cool remove rubber stamp.
  6. Attach to cards as desired.
