Arlene Rosario and her husband, Keith, love Halloween. Each year they spook the neighborhood by turning their tool shed into a haunted house, complete with a scary graveyard. Each Halloween, they come up with a new terrifying theme. We can’t wait to see what they come up with for this year, which Arlene thinks will be the best year yet.
