Chloe is ready for the rodeo in this adorable western costume, complete with a cowboy hat and tiny holster. Debra, Chloe's owner, makes clothes for all four of her Pugs and says that her pets' comfort and safety are key. Before beginning an outfit, Debra measures each pug and tries on the pieces as she is sewing to ensure a comfy fit. She avoids adding small parts that could fall off and her pets could choke on. This seasoned seamstress says that no matter what the holiday, Chloe and the rest of her canine clan are accustomed to dressing up and don't mind it at all.
