Eli is adorable in his tiny sailor costume. His owner, Karen, created the sailor hat from a paper cup, which is loosely held in place with a rubber-band.

Eli is not just a ship-shape sailor, he is also somewhat of a canine celebrity. He has been featured in New York Dog Magazine, has won many costume contests and a canine beauty pageant. This fall, he and Karen will be featured on the Milkbone box; the result of winning a cover dog contest.
