15. Trace and cut the body front and body back onto Halloween pattern fabric.

16. With right sides together, sew the body front to the body back at the side seams leaving an opening for turning. Turn and stuff firmly. Stitch the opening closed.

17. Trace and sew two upper arm pieces, leaving an opening.

18. Open up the one end of the arm and place it flat onto the fabric and stitch around using a 1/8-inch seam allowance. Trim off extra and turn.

19. Stuff the joint lightly and the rest of the arm firmly. Close the opening.

20. Trace and sew two lower arm pieces leaving an opening. Turn and stuff firmly.

21. Insert the rounded end of the lower arm into the jointed end of the upper arm.

22. Using a darning needle and quilting thread, stitch through the joint several times. Knot and cut the thread. Set aside.

24. Bend two pipe cleaners in half and turn under the ends. Cut one pipe cleaner in half and turn under one end. Insert the pipe cleaners into the fingers of the hand. Twist all ends of pipe cleaners together (figure L).
