Hold Ribbon in Place

Ribbon can be frustrating to work with because the rolls often get away from you as you pull it off. A great way to hold your ribbon in place is to use an empty plastic clothes basket. Fit a dowel, stick or rod through the basket so you can hang rolls of ribbon inside the basket. Now you can pull off as much ribbon as you need and the rolls won't roll away. This really helps when you're doing a lot of gift-wrapping.
