4. Curl the end of a 2-inch piece of bailing wire with pliers tightly and twist the wire three times. Wrap the bottle tightly with the wire. Curl the wire below the bottle and leave 3-inches of wire. Cut the excess wire. Nail the top wire above the bottle to the board.
